Meet Our Team
Dr. Tasha Yantis
Veterinarian Dr. Yantis grew up on her small family ranch in rural northern California where she developed a passion for the great outdoors, livestock, and small animals. She was very active in 4-H, sports, and showing Black Angus cattle nationally. Animal medicine was a natural choice as she received her Bachelor of Veterinary Science Degree from University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Yantis continued her education at the University College Dublin, Ireland where she received her Veterinary Medicine Degree. Dr. Yantis is passionate about diagnostic imaging, preventative medicine, nutrition, emergency medicine and surgery. Dr. Yantis strives to continue growing and learning to stay up to date with the latest medicine.
She speaks fondly of her travels and living around the world as an active duty military spouse. Dr. Yantis and her husband Jarred have 2 children, 2 dogs “Nara” and “Grizz,” 1 cat “Tank,” and 5 chickens. When not at work, she loves everything outdoors, spending time with her family, gardening, working on their home, and cooking exotic foods from recipes collected during her travels.
