Appointments
We are an appointment based clinic for all of our services. Unfortunately we cannot assist with emergency cases, and we recommend heading to your nearest ER. We can sometimes offer same-day appointments, please give us a call to discuss our availability.
New Clients

No Show/Late Appointments
If it is necessary to cancel your appointment, please let us know within 24 hours of the scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule to a later time or date. Clients who fail to show up to/cancel their appointments and no-show several times may be required to start putting deposits down for their appointments.
Payment Policy
Please be advised that full payment will be due at the end of your pets visit, and we do not offer payment plans. We highly advise our clients to look into pet insurance and Care Credit. Coming soon, a 3% surcharge will be added to all bills paid with a credit card.
